摘要
试验进行了粉煤灰掺量为0-70%、含气量为5%-7%的抗冻混凝土的配制,并对其进行了50次、100次的冻融,测定了冻融前后的强度,以及冻融后的抗冻指标和强度损失率。试验结果表明:粉煤灰混凝土在28 d及冻融后时的强度都要高于基准混凝土,当粉煤灰掺量为60%时,其强度最高;试件经过冻融以后,抗冻指标满足要求,但强度损失严重,这说明抗冻指标并不完全反应冻融效应,还应考虑冻融后混凝土力学性能的劣化。
The experiment on the fly ash content is 0%-70%,gas content is 5%-7% of antifreezing concrete preparation,and carries on the fifty times,100 times of freezing and thawing,for the determination of freezing and thawing and strength,and freezing and thawing of antifreezing index and strength loss rate.Test results show that the fly ash concrete in and d and after freezing and thawing of strength will be higher than the base concrete,when the fly ash content was 60%,the highest strength;Specimen after freezing and thawing later,antifreezing indicators meet the requirements,but strength loss serious,this shows anti-freeze index is not completely reaction freezing and thawing effect should also be considered,the mechanical property of concrete after freeze-thaw deterioration.
