摘要
计算机辅助精子分析CASA经过近40年研究与发展,目前已经可迅速、客观、精确地检测精子质量,与传统的精子质量检测方法相比具有明显的优势,逐渐在生产中得到广泛应用。本文综述了CASA检测精子质量的原理和应用现状、影响CASA检测精子质量的因素,展望了CASA应用前景,以期为家畜精液质量检测提供参考。
Computer-assisted sperm analysis（CASA） systems have evolved over approximately 40 years. It could detect sperm quality rapidly, objectively and accurately at present. It has widely used in the production gradually because of its obvious advantages compared with the traditional sperm detect method. This review described the influence factor and the principle of sperm quality detect, and the application status of CASA, followed by possible future developments, in order to provide references for livestock sperm quality detect.
