摘要
[目的]研究氯虫苯甲酰胺、氟虫双酰胺半致死剂量处理后,甜菜夜蛾4龄幼虫的羧酸酯酶(CarE)、谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶(GST)活性的变化规律。[结果]CarE、GST活性测定结果显示,经过氯虫苯甲酰胺处理后CarE比活力在1 h达到最高,为147.83μmol/L/mg pro/30min,随后逐渐下降,处理后48 h比活力最低,但与0 h处理差异不显著;药剂处理后2 h,GST比活力为1.27 OD/mg pro/min,显著高于0、0.5、4、8、16、24、48 h处理的比活力。氟虫双酰胺处理后CarE、GST比活力均在1 h达到最大值,分别为15.18μmol/L/mg pro/30min、4.08 OD/mg pro/min,随着处理时间的增长,比活力均呈下降趋势,处理24 h后达到最低,但均与0 h处理差异不显著。[结论]氯虫苯甲酰胺、氟虫双酰胺处理甜菜夜蛾后可诱导CarE、GST活性增强,加快药剂的代谢,但随着处理时间的增加,其活性逐渐降低。
[Aims] The paper aims to study the effects of chlorantraniliprole and flubendiamide on the activities of Carboxylesterase and glutathione-S-transferases in Spodoptera exigua(Hü bner)(S. exigua) of the 4th instar larvae.[Results] The results indicated that the specific activity of CarE in S. exigua treated with chlorantraniliprole was the highest at 1h with the value 147.83 μmol/L/mg pro/30 min, then, decreased gradually 48 h, but the specific activity of CarE was no significantly different between 48 and 0 h. After 2 h treated with chlorantraniliprole, the specific activity of GST were 1.27 OD/mg pro/min, which were significantly higher than 0, 0.5, 4, 8, 16, 24, 48 h treated.The specific activity of CarE and GST in S. exiguatreated with flubendiamide all reached the maximum at 1 h, which were15.18 μmol/L/mg pro/30 min and 4.08 OD/mg pro/min, respectively. As the growth of the time, the specific activity decreased to the minimum level after 24 htreatment, but had no significant difference with 0 h. [Conclusions] The activities of CarE, GST were enhanced and then the metabolic rates of insecticides were sped up, induced by chlorantraniliprole and flubendiamide. Furthermore, the activitiesof CarE, GSTwereGraduallyreducedwith the time go on.
