虫螨腈与噻嗪酮对花蓟马毒力筛选及田间防效 被引量:7

摘要 [目的]寻找高效、低毒的花蓟马防治药剂。[方法]滤纸药膜加浸叶法及喷雾相结合的方法,进行室内毒力和田间试验。[结果]虫螨腈和噻嗪酮以1:2混配时增效作用最明显,共毒系数达194.36。30%虫螨腈·噻嗪酮SC对蓟马有较好防效,且防效与质量浓度呈正相关,用量0.89 mL/L防效略优于60 g/L乙基多杀菌素SC,0.78 mL/L防效与240 g/L虫螨腈SC相当,0.67 mL/L防效明显优于25%噻嗪酮WP。各药剂对豇豆安全。[结论]30%虫螨腈·噻嗪酮SC防治花蓟马推荐使用剂量0.67-0.89 mL/L。 [Aims] The study aims to search for insecticide with high efficacy and low toxicity against Frankliniella intonsa Trybom. [Methods] Filter membrane and leaf dipping and spray method were used. [Results] When the effective component ratio of chlorfenapyr and buprofezin was 1:2, the co-toxicity coefficient was recorded as 194.36,which indicated that the mixtures played a synergetic role. Chlorfenapyr·buprofezin 30% SC has a good effect on Frankliniella intonsa Trybom, and the efficacy was positively correlated with the concentration. The efficacy at 0.89 mL/L was slightly better than that at spinetoram 60 g/L SC, and when the concentration was 0.78 mL/L, the control effect was the same as that of chlorfenapyr 240 g/L SC. While chlorfenapyr·buprofezin 30% SC showed better control at low concentrations(0.67 mL/L) than buprofezin 25% WP. Each insecticide are all safe on the cowpea. [Conclusions] The recommended dosage of chlorfenapyr·buprofezin 30% SC is 0.67-0.89 mL/L on F. intonsa Trybom.
