在草坪褐斑病新杀菌剂毒力测定中安全助溶溶剂的筛选 被引量:1

Security Screening of Soluble Solvent in New Fungicides Virulence Determination for Rhizoctonia solani

摘要 [目的]筛选对草坪褐斑病新杀菌剂毒力测定没有干扰的安全助溶溶剂。[方法]采用生长速率法测定3种有机溶剂对草坪褐斑病菌的毒力和安全性。[结果]丙酮、DMSO和DMF对草坪褐斑病菌的EC50值分别为34 361.3、11 848.2、6 008.3 mg/L,丙酮的毒力最低;其相对安全的质量浓度区间分别为0-5 000、0-3 030、0-1 000 mg/L,抑菌率分别为0-0.56%、0-10.63%、0-7.25%,丙酮抑菌率最低,最为安全。[结论]首选安全助溶有机溶剂为丙酮,其安全质量浓度区间为0-5 000 mg/L。 [Aims] The study aims to screen out safe solubilization of organic solvents, which has no interference in virulence of the new fungicides for Rhizoctonia solani. [Methods] Mycelium hypha growth in the laboratory was carried out to measure three kinds of common organic solvents in virulence and safety of R. solani. [Results] EC50 values of acetone, dimethyl sulfoxide and N,N-dimethyl formamide on R. solani are 34 361.3, 11 848.2, 6 008.3 mg/L,acetone has the lowest virulence, and their concentration intervals of relative safety are 0-5 000, 0-3 030, 0-1 000 mg/L.In this relatively safe concentration interval, inhibition rates are 0-0.56, 0-10.63 and 0-7.25%, acetone has the lowest inhibitory rate and the highest safety. [Conclusions] The preferred safe solubilization organic solvents is acetone, its safe concentration interval is 0-5 000 mg/L.
