摘要
[目的]为葡萄霜霉病防治提供安全、高效的生物药剂。[方法]采用室内毒力测定和田间试验相结合的方法研究5种生物杀菌剂对葡萄霜霉病的毒力和药效。[结果]0.3%丁子香酚SL、1.5%苦参碱AS、0.5%小檗碱AS、3%多抗霉素WP及2%蛇床子素EC的EC50值分别为0.70、11.67、11.85、34.17、34.59mg/L;丁子香酚3 mg/L、苦参碱25 mg/L、多抗霉素60mg/L、小檗碱25mg/L的田间防效均在80%以上。[结论]0.3%丁子香酚SL、1.5%苦参碱AS、3%多抗霉素WP、0.5%小檗碱AS可作为防控霜霉病的有效药剂使用。
[Aims] The paper aims to provide safe and effective fungicides for controlling grape downy mildew.[Methods] The toxicity and efficacy of five biologic fungicides were tested by methods of the toxicity tests and field trials. [Results] The EC50 values of eugenol 0.3% SL, matrine 1.5% AS, berberine 0.5% AS, polyoxin 3% WP and cnidiadin 2%EC against grape downy mildew were 0.70, 11.67, 11.85, 34.17, and 34.59 mg/L, respectively. The control efficacy of 3 mg/L eugenol, 25 mg/L matrine, 60 mg/L polyoxin and 25 mg/L berberine were all above 80%.[Conclusions] Eugenol 0.3% SL, matrine 1.5% AS, polyoxin 3% WP, berberine 0.5% AS can be used as effective fungicides to control downy mildew.
