摘要
素质教育是以提高全民素质为中心的国民教育,要提高整体国民素质,就必须关注到每一个人,教师如果忽视了＂学困生＂这一特殊群体,就谈不上教育教学质量的全面提高。因此,教师应该重视对＂学困生＂的教育,调动＂学困生＂的积极性,让＂学困生＂步入正常队列,提高整体国民素质。
