摘要
加强实验教学工作,培养学生动手操作的水平和创新能力,已成为一个迫切需要解决的新课题。以观察洋葱鳞片叶表皮细胞为例,根据学生实验训练中易出现的问题和这几年的种植专业生物部分的技能考试经验,对观察洋葱鳞片叶表皮细胞实验进行改革创新和学生出现的问题进行分析,并提出一些建议。
Strengthen the experimental teaching, the training level and innovative ability of students hands-on,has become a new topic of urgent. Based on the observation of onion epidermal cells as an example, according to the students＇ experimentahraining problems and this several years of cultivation of professional biology skills examination experience, innovation and students＇ problems in onion epidermal ceils of experimental analysis, and puts forward some suggestions.
