跑操活动是学校体育大课间活动的一项特色活动。跑操活动的启动给学生体质的发展带来契机,但在高兴之余也有担忧,很多农村学校特别是一些乡镇学校,器材少、场地小成为跑操活动的最大障碍,而要想在短期内解决这个问题也不现实,如何在小场地下开展阳光体育活动？在这方面作了初步的尝试。
