严重多发伤伴凝固性血胸患者的胸膜腔内纤溶治疗 被引量：8

摘要 严重多发伤患者中约有60％伴有程度不同的血胸[1-2],且由于此类患者常合并颅脑损伤、脊柱脊髓损伤等,需要长时间保持平卧位甚至被迫体位,致血胸引流效果不佳,易进展为凝固性血胸[3].近期,笔者尝试通过胸膜腔内纤溶法（intrapleural fbrinolytic therapy,IPFT）治疗57例严重多发伤伴凝固性血胸患者,并系统观察了治疗的过程及效果.
