Studies on the National Strategies and Library Countermeasures in the Ubiquitous Information Society

在充分理解泛在信息社会内涵的基础上,借鉴国外已有的泛在信息社会国家战略的理论成果和实践经验,结合我国的实际情况、已有基础和可操作性,提出我国泛在信息社会的国家战略初步构想,同时思考图书馆在泛在信息社会环境中的定位和作用,并提出对策,努力推动图书馆在泛在信息环境中的变革。

Based on the fully understanding the connotation of ubiquitous information society, using the existing theoretical results and practical experience, combined with China＇s actual situations, current understructures and operability, this article proposes the preliminary conception of national strategies in the ubiquitous information society of China, rethinks the library＇s position and actions in the ubiquitous information environment, puts forward some countermeasures, and strives to promote the library＇s change in the ubiquitous information environment.
