民国时期的图书馆对刻书版片的保护

On the Library's Preservation of Woodblock in the Period of the Republic of China

版片是中国雕版印刷术最重要的实物见证。民国时期图书馆保存的刻书版片,为传承中国雕版印刷术及成功申报世界人类非物质文化遗产做出了卓越贡献。此文系统梳理民国时期的图书馆对刻书版片的保护概况、版片的收藏与保管方法、版片的数量与种类等问题,为当代保护版片、弘扬雕版文化提供借鉴,亦填补民国时期雕版印刷史和图书馆史研究在版片保护领域的空白。

Woodblock is the most important material evidence of Chinese woodblock engraving printing. The library＇s preservation of woodblock during the period of the Republic of China is an outstanding contri bution for the inheritance of Chinese woodblock printing and helps to declare the success in the world intangible cultural heritage of mankind. Therefore, the research concerning the library＇s protection of woodblock during the period of the Republic of China is of great theoretical and practical significance. This paper systematically introduces the library＇s protection, collection, storage and cultural contributions towards woodblock, as well as the woodblock＇s amount, types and so on. It also provides a reference for the con- temporary woodblock protection and the promotion of the cultural heritage and fills the blank of engraving printing history and the library history in the field of woodblock protection during the period of the Republic of China.
