肾癌浸润NK细胞活化性受体表达及临床意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究肾癌及癌旁组织中NK细胞表面活化性受体NKp44、NKp46表达情况,探讨活化性受体在肾癌发生发展中的临床意义。方法:流式细胞术及免疫组织化学法检测28例肾癌及癌旁组织中NK细胞含量及活化性受体NKp44、NKp46的表达,并结合临床相关因素进行统计学分析。结果:肾癌组织浸润的NK细胞含量明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。肾癌与癌旁组织中活化性受体NKp44表达差异性明显。肾癌病理分级越高NK细胞含量越低,活化性受体NKp44表达也降低。而肾癌与癌旁组织中活化性受体NKp46的表达无统计学意义。结论:肾癌组织中有大量NK细胞浸润,NK细胞活化性受体NKp44表达很低,且NK细胞的含量及活化性受体NKp44的表达是与病理分级相关的。肾癌的发病可能与NK细胞减低及活化性受体NKp44表达降低有关。 Objective:To investigate the expression of the activating receptors NKp44,NKp46 on the surface of NK cells in renal cell carcinoma and its adjacent tissues,and the clinical significance of activating receptors between occurrence and development of renal cell carcinoma was analyzed.Methods:The levels and activity of the NK cells,the expression of the activating receptor NKp44,NKp46 on the surface of those cells were detected by flow cytometry and immunohistochemistry in 28 cases of renal cancer and its paracancerous kidney tissues.And clinical relative factors were analyzed.Results:The content of NK cells infiltration in renal cell carcinoma was significantly higher than in adjacent tissues(P 〈 0.05).The differences expression of activating receptor NKp44 between renal cell carcinoma and paracancerous kidney tissue were evident.And the higher RCC pathological grade,the lower the content of NK cells,the expression of activating receptor NKp44 was also reduced.Yet,the expression of activating receptor NKp46 between the renal cell carcinoma and paracancerous kidney tissue was not statistically significant.Conclusion:Renal cell carcinoma tissue contains a large number of NK cells.But the expression of NK cell activating receptor NKp44 is very low,and the content of NK cells and the expression of NKp44 were correlated with pathological grading of renal cell carcinoma.The decrease of NK cell numbers and the activated receptor NKp44 would be relevant to the incidence of renal cell carcinoma.
