急性白血病PICC置管后静脉血栓发生的回顾性分析

A retrospective analysis of venous thrombosis of acute leukemia patients treated with PICC

目的:研究急性白血病患者PICC置管后血栓发生率及影响因素。方法:回顾性分析62名于化疗前接受PICC置管的急性白血病患者,静脉血栓发生率及年龄、性别、穿刺血管、白细胞计数、血小板计数、FIB、PT及APTT对静脉血栓形成的影响。结果:11名患者出现了PICC相关静脉血栓。没有患者出现肺梗塞及其它严重并发症。血管状况及凝血指标是血栓形成的影响因素。结论:急性白血病PICC置管后血栓发生率低。置管部位及凝血指标是影响血栓的主要因素。

Objective：To explore venous thrombosis incidence of acute leukemia patients with PICC and related influence factors.Methods：A retrospective study was conducted included 62 acute leukemia patients with PICC.Explored the venous thrombosis incidence and the related influence factors including age,blood vessel status,blood white cells,platelets,and coagulation index.Results：Eleven patients suffered from PICC-related venous thrombosis.None suffered from pulmonary thrombosis,blood vessel status and coagulation index were influencing factors on venous thrombosis.Conclusion：The acute leukemia patients with PICC suffered from low incidence of venous thrombosis.The vessel status and coagulation index are influencing factors on venous thrombosis.
