摘要 一个肿瘤细胞的产生并不意味着肿瘤发生。多个肿瘤细胞之间的对话使肿瘤成为一个异常的组织或器官。细胞接触、挤出、纠缠、迁移和变异维持着肿瘤细胞间的有序组织和肿瘤的持续生长。阻断肿瘤细胞之间的对话可能成为新的肿瘤治疗策略。 A cancer cell can not serve as cancers. Cell -cell communication is an absolute requirement for the correct functioning of cancer cells. Cell contact, cell extrusion, cell entanglement, cell migration and cell diversity contribute to development and growth of cancers as a whole. Blocking cell - cell communication may provide novel strategies in cancer treatment.
