婴儿动脉导管未闭封堵术

Transcatheter intervention of infantile patent ductus arteriosus

目的评价婴儿动脉导管未闭介入手术的安全性、有效性。方法收治1岁以内婴儿动脉导管未闭患儿63例,行介入手术治疗,患儿年龄(5.1±3.6)个月,体质量(6.3±2.7)kg。患儿均有睡时多汗症状。结果对所有患儿均封堵成功,随访6个月以上均无残余分流,无血尿、血栓等并发症,1例发生股动静脉瘘,压迫数小时后消失。二尖瓣反流随访过程中不同程度减轻。结论婴儿动脉导管未闭介入治疗是一种安全、有效的手术方法。

Objective To assess the availability and safety of trancatheter intervention of infantile patent ductus arteriosus（PDA）.Methods Totally 63 infantile patients of PDA were enrolled and underwent transcatheter intervention.The infantile patients were less than 1-year old,with mean age of（5.1±3.6）months and weighing（6.3±2.7）kg.All fetuses were sweaty when sleeping.Results All infantile patients were successfully completed without residual shunt,hemolysis or thrombosis in follouing up 6months.False femoral aneurysm occurred in 1infantile patient and disappeared after hours of pressing.Mitral regurgitation mitigated during follow-up.Conclusion Trancatheter intervention of large infantile PDA is available and safe in selected cases.
