负压引流结合刃厚皮片移植治疗难治性感染缺损创面的疗效观察

Use of Vacuum Sealing Drainage (VSD) combine epidermal free skin graft for refractory infective wound surface

目的：总结评价负压引流结合刃厚皮片游离移植修复难治性感染缺损创面的治疗效果.方法：难治性感染缺损创面患者32例.经全身支持治疗并通过一次或多次清创负压引流后,采用刃厚皮片移植进行修复,创面最大18.0cm×32.0cm,最小4.0cm×8.0cm.结果：32例皮片均成活良好,创面有效修复,平均住院时间25天,术后经3～28个月随访,创面愈合良好,功能基本恢复.结论：负压封闭引流结合刃厚皮片移植修复治疗难治性感染缺损创面,可获得较好的临床效果.

Objective To investigate the auxiliary efficacy of Vacuum Sealing Drainage （VSD） combine epidermal free skin graft for refractory infective wound surface. Methods 32 cases of refractory infective wound surface patients were treated with Vacuum Sealing Drainage combine epidermal free skin graft between January 2012 to May 2014. Of them, the maximum wound surface area is 18.0cm×32.0cm,the minimum area is 4.0cm ×8.0cm. Results All the wounds recovered satisfactorily.The average follow up time is 10 months,the wounds recovered satisfactorily,and the recovery of function of the affected limbs is satisfactory. Conclusion The Vacuum Sealing Drainage combine epidermal free skin araft is a auite aood treatment for refractory infective wound surface.
