傣药咪多领(云南琵琶甲)抑制兔耳瘢痕增生的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察傣药咪多领(云南琵琶甲)提取物制剂对兔耳增生性瘢痕组织的影响。方法:建立兔耳增生性瘢痕动物模型,术后28天将模型随机分为实验组、阳性药物(康瑞保)对照组和空白对照组,分别外用琵琶甲制剂、康瑞保或生理盐水,4周后观察各组瘢痕形态、瘢痕增生指数(HI)、成纤维细胞数量、胶原密度及转化生长因子TGF-β1的表达。结果:实验组、康瑞保对照组瘢痕增生指数(HI)均较空白对照组低,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。实验组、康瑞保对照组成纤维细胞数量和胶原密度与空白对照组比较均减少或降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组、康瑞保对照组转化生长因子TGF-β1表达与空白对照组比较均减少(P<0.05)。结论:傣药咪多领(云南琵琶甲)可抑制兔耳瘢痕增生。 Objective To observe the effects of Blaps rynchopetera Fairmaire on the hypertrophic scar on rabbit ears. Methods The hypertrophic scar models were made in the ventral side of rabbit ears,the scares were divided randomly into three groups:the experimental group,the compound heparin sodium and allantion gel group and the control group. Scares were treated with the blaps rynchopetera fairmaire pharmaceuti.The specimens from the treated scars were taken at the 28 day. Specimen morphous,growth of fibroblasts,production of collagen,index of scar and the changes of cell factors were compared with the methods of HE staining and ABC immunohistochemistry. Results The scar index of the experimental group and the compound heparin sodium and allantion gel group were significantly lower than that in the control group (P〈0.05);The proliferation of fibroblast and collagen decreased in the treated group (P〈0.05);the expression of TGF-β1 in the scar decreased significantly (P 〈0.05). Conclusion Blaps rynchopetera Fairmaire could inhibit proliferation of hypertrophic scars on rabbit ears.
