人工种植牙在牙列缺损和修复中的应用探讨

目的：总结了人工种植牙牙科技术修复牙列缺损或牙列缺失的临床应用效果.方法：在口腔内牙列缺损或牙列缺失区的骨内,通过植入CDIC钛种植体、BLBL种植体来达到修复的目的,本组实验共计收录观察128例患者共计157颗种植体,并且在手术后的6个月均做了种植义齿修复.结果：经追踪观察3～5年,157颗种植体成功了136颗,失败了21颗,总体成功率为86.6％.结论：在修复牙列缺损或牙列缺失方面,人工种植牙牙科技术相对于传统的牙科修复技术有着更好的临床应用效果.

Objective To summarize the clinical application effect of dentalimplant dentistry dentition defect or missing teeth. Methods In the oral cavity dentition defect or defect of dentition area ofbone, through the implantation of CDIC titanium implant,BLBL implants toachieve the purpose of repair, this group of a total of 128 patients observedincluded a total of 157 implants,and at 6 months after operation were donewith implant denture. Results The follow-up was 3-5 years,lThere were success 136 and lost 21 in157 implants,the overall success rate is 86.6%. Conclusion the teeth in the dentition defect or repair of dentition,dental implant dentistrydental restoration technology compared with traditional has better clinical application effect.
