IPS Empress Ⅱ铸瓷贴面在前牙美学修复中的疗效观察

Clinical evaluation of IPS Empress Ⅱ ceramic veneers in esthetic prosthetics of anterior teeth

目的:通过观察IPS Empress Ⅱ铸瓷贴面在前牙美学修复中的临床疗效,探讨IPS Empress Ⅱ铸瓷贴面的临床治疗成功率。方法:对我院就诊的32例患者共计95颗患牙,根据牙齿的具体情况分别给予3种贴面牙体预备方法并行铸瓷贴面修复,于修复后1周、6个月,12个月复诊观察修复体保存完整度、颜色匹配和边缘适合性等评价指标,评估其临床疗效。结果:I型贴面在第12个月时有1例在切端出现微小间歇;L型贴面在第6个月时出现2例脱落,给予重新粘结,第12个月时又出现1例因咬硬物脱落;U型贴面在第6个月时有1例出现边缘微小缝隙。随访12个月,所有贴面的临床治疗总体成功率达94.7%(90/95);3种类型贴面的临床疗效比较亦无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:IPS Empress Ⅱ铸瓷贴面是前牙美容修复的理想选择,能够取得满意的临床治疗效果。

Objective To evaluate the success rates of anterior teeths restored with IPS Empress II creamic veneers. Methods 95 anterior teeth in 32 patients were collected and restored with ceramic veneers by three kinds of preparation designs.The veneers＇integrity, fracture,color match and the marginal situation were evaluated at 1 week,6 months and 12 months. Results For type I,1 failure was found at 12-month follow-up;For type L,2 failure at 6-month follow-up and 1 failure at 12-month follow-up;For type U,1 failure at 6-month follow-up.There was no significant differences in success rates amony three types of veneers （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The esthetic restoration of IPS Empress Ⅱ creamic veneer could get excellent clinical effectiveness in anterior teeth.
