异维A酸联合丹参酮胶囊短期治疗中度寻常性痤疮疗效观察

目的:观察异维A酸联合丹参酮胶囊短期治疗中度寻常性痤疮的疗效。方法:将患者随机分为两组,治疗组:口服异维A酸10mg,2次/天,4周后减为10mg,每晚1次,丹参酮胶囊1.0,3次/天;对照组:外擦1%克林霉素磷酸脂溶液,2次/天。共治疗8周。结果:治疗组有效率为82.1%,对照组有效率为37.9%,两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.6,P<0.01)。结论:异维A酸联合丹参酮胶囊短期治疗中度寻常性痤疮安全、疗效好。

Objective To observe the curative effect of different dimension A acid combined with tanshinone short-term treatment of moderate acne vulgaris. Methods Patients with acne were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group oral retinoic acid 10mg, A, bid, 4 weeks after the reduction of 10mg, QN, tanshinone TID; 1, the control group of 1% clindamycinphosphate solution Waicha, bid. A total of 8 weeks of treatment. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 82.1%, the control group was 37.9%, there was significant difference between two groups （χ^2=11.6,P〈 0.01）. Conclusion different dimension A acid combined with tanshinoneshort-term treatment of moderate acne vulgaris good safety effect.
