护理干预对他克莫司软膏联合308nm准分子激光治疗白癜风的影响

Effects of nursing intervention on tacrolimus ointment combination with 380nm excimer laser for vitiligotreatment

目的:探讨护理干预在他克莫司软膏联合308nm准分子激光照射治疗白癜风中的应用效果。方法:将120例白癜风患者按就诊顺序采用单双号抽签法分为治疗组60例和对照组60例;治疗组外涂他克莫司软膏联合308nm准分子激光照射同时配合适当的护理干预;对照组仅外涂他克莫司软膏联合308nm准分子激光照射,两组患者疗程均为6个月。采用统一的疗效评定标准进行疗效和安全性评价。结果:治疗组显效率为66.7%,对照组显效率为48.3%,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=4.36,P<0.05);两组患者满意度比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:他克莫司软膏外涂联合308nm准分子激光并配合适当的护理干预是治疗白癜风的有效方法,能显著提高疗效和患者满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effects of nursing intervention on tacrolimus ointment combination with 380nm excimer laser in the treatment of patients with vitiligo. Methods 120 patients with vitiligowas equally divided into the treatment group and the control groupaccording to the treatment sequence balloting with odd and even numbers. 60 patients in treatment group and 60 patients in control group took tacrolimus ointment combination with 380nm excimer laser irradiation, besides that patients in treatment group received the proper nursing intervention. The evaluation of curative effect and safety were appreciated by the same criteria. Results The effective rate of treatment group was 66.7%, the effective rate of control group was 48.3%, the difference was statistically significant （χ^2= 4.36, P〈O.05）. The satisfaction of patients was significantly higher in treatment group than that in the control group （P〈O.05）, Conclusion Proper nursing intervention on tacrolimus ointment combination with 380nm excimer laser is an effective way in the treatment of patients with vitiligo, which could significantly improve the efficacy and satisfaction of patients. It is worthy of popularization and application.
