肝内胆汁淤积的基础和临床研究现状 被引量:3

摘要 胆汁淤积(cholestasis)因胆汁摄取、合成或分泌障碍引起,也可因胆道梗阻形成。引起胆汁淤积的病因多样,肝细胞、胆管细胞以及肠道的胆汁酸转运体密切参与胆汁淤积的发病.近年来的研究以此为靶点取得诸多进展.并为胆汁淤积的诊断和治疗提供了新的思路和方法。
