胆汁淤积的药物治疗 被引量:2

摘要 胆汁淤积(cholestasis)是由于胆汁分泌及排泄障碍引起的一种病理生理过程,表现为肝脏以及体循环内胆酸、胆固醇及胆红素等胆汁成分的过度堆积.造成对肝细胞及机体的损伤。长期持续的胆汁淤积将进展为肝纤维化甚至肝硬化。胆汁淤积时,体内升高的胆酸、胆红素及其他胆汁成分激活胆汁酸代谢相关核受体.上调或下调其相关靶基因.使胆酸合成减少、输出增多,并增强肝脏对淤积成分的解毒作用。
