中西医结合综合治疗扁平疣临床观察

The clinical effect observation of treatment of verruca plana combining traditional Chinese and western medicine

目的：观察中西医结合综合疗法治疗扁平疣的临床疗效.方法：治疗组31例,采用我院自制制剂消疣洗剂湿敷,结合针刺穴位,每周2～3次,10次为1个疗程,并于每晚外擦0.025％维A酸软膏;对照组2 3例,每晚外擦0.025％维A酸软膏.结果：治疗组有效率为80.65％,对照组有效率为52.17％,两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论：中西医结合综合疗法治疗扁平疣疗效确切,治疗流程简单,可操作性强,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical curative western medicine combined therapy. Methods 31 warts lotion, combined with acupuncture points, effect of verruca plana by traditional Chinese and cases in treatment group, using our homemade 2-3 times per week,10 times for a period of treatment, and smearing 0.025% vitamin A acid ointment every night;23 cases of control group, smearing 0.025% vitamin A acid ointment every night. Results The effective rate of experimental group is 80.65%,which is 52.17% of the control group.The differences of therapeutic efficacy of two groups have statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of verruca plana by traditional Chinese and western medicine combined therapy is definite. The treatment process is simple and strong operability. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
