3种消毒法对慢性根尖炎治疗的疗效分析

摘要 目的本研究分别以常规消毒法、超声清洗法与光动力消毒技术(photo-activated disinfection,PAD)作为根管消毒方法,对慢性根尖周炎根管治疗效果进行比较,以期获得在根管治疗过程中更优的根管消毒方法。方法随机选取慢性根尖周炎的患牙进行根管治疗,分别用常规消毒法(A组)、超声清洗法(B组)与PAD技术(C组)进行根管消毒处理,观察3种方法对根管充填后患牙根尖反应的影响。结果 B、C组所得到的结果与A组相比,根充后患牙的疼痛反应差异均有统计学意义,而B组与C组相比,差异无统计学意义。结论根管治疗过程中应用超声清洗法与PAD技术所得到的结果,均优于常规消毒法,但与超声清洗法相比,PAD技术在本实验中没有体现出明显优势。 Objective To compare the antimicrobial activity of conventional sterilization,ultrasonic irrigation and photodynamic disinfection(PAD) in treating the root canal of chronic periapical periodontitis in order to obtain the better root canal disinfection method.Methods The chronic periapical periodontitis were selected randomly and the root canal treatment was exerted.The root canals were disinfected with conventional sterilization method (group A),ultrasonic irrigation method (group B) and PAlD (group C) respectively,and the effects on root apical were observed.Results Compared with group A,there were statistically significant differences in pain reaction after root canal filling in group B and group C,but no statistical significance between group B and group C was found.Conclusion The results obtained by ultrasonic irrigation and PAD technique are superior to the conventional disinfection method.But the PAD technology in this experiment did not show obvious advantages compared with the ultrasonic irrigation.
