钬激光在消化系统疾病中的应用

钬激光是一种新型脉冲固体激光。它在组织切割、汽化、止血和凝固方面都有很强的功效。钬激光组织切割能力强而穿透深度浅,适合组织精确切割,其方向性好,周围组织热损伤程度小,安全性高。钬激光可由软光纤传导,视野盲区小,非常适合内镜下操作。现就钬激光在治疗消化系统疾病,如胃石症、消化道早癌、食管狭窄、上消化道息肉等方面综述如下。

Holmium is a late-mode of solid pulsed laser. It has favorable effect in cutting soft tissues,vaporization,hemostasis and coagulation. It has a good ability in cutting tissue and its penetration is superficial therefore it is accurate to control. Holmium laser causes little thermal injury,it can be used to make precise incision,and is good in directivity. It can be transmitted by soft optical fiber and is highly suitable for gastroscopy. This article summarized the application of holmium laser in digestive system diseases,such as gastric bezoar,early digestive system cancer,esophageal stenosis,upper gastrointestinal polyps and so on.
