应变及应变率成像技术评价左心房功能的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 左心房功能在预测心血管事件发生中的重要性日益引起人们的关注,应变及应变率成像技术为评价左心房功能提供了新方法。随着该技术的不断发展,其在评价左心房功能的应用中越来越广泛和深入。本文对应变及应变率成像评价左心房功能方面的研究进展进行综述。 The importance of left atrial function in predicting the occurrence of adverse cardiovascular events is causing more and more attention.Strain and strain rate imaging provides a new method for evaluating left atrial function.With the development of this technique,its application in evaluation of left atrial function is more and more extensive.The research progresses of strain and strain rate imaging in evaluating left atrial function were reviewed in this article.
