Status guo and adjustment of Huludao's industrial structure

针对葫芦岛市1989年到2012年产业结构的现状,从对地区区位商和专业化系数的分析来看,葫芦岛市的产业结构始终呈二三一格局,四大支柱产业的专业化水平较低、关联度低,应适时地调整产业结构,选择合适的主导产业,保证区域经济持续健康发展。

Based on the present situation of Huludao＇s industrial structure from 1989 to 2012 and the analysis of the regional location quotient and specialization coefficient, findings show that industrial structure of Huludao has maintained its pattern of 2-3-1（the second industry, then the third, followed by the first） and that specialization and correlation of the four pillar industries stay on lower levels. Therefore, it is high time to adjust industrial structure and select appropriate leading industry in order to guarantee sustainable and healthy development of regional economy.
