摘要
针对中小企业人力资源管理问题,采用归纳分析的方法,分析了中小企业面临的人才困境,总结了中小企业人才困境产生根源,提出了建立现代企业管理模式、营造良好的企业文化、改善管理体制等建议,为中小企业人才管理提供参考。
In view of problems in human resource management in small-and-medium-sized enterprises, an inductive analysis was made of this talent dilemma and its reasons. Proposals are made in constructing management mode of modern enterprises, creating positive corporate culture and improving management system in order to provide some countermeasures for small-and-medium-sized enterprises to deal with this talent dilemma.
