摘要
ICT技术带来的信息服务市场在中国正处于快速发展时期。但是目前,人才是制约其发展的主要瓶颈因素之一。人才队伍的培养应该不断创新对于知识性员工的管理,特别在选人、育人、用人、留人的各个环节进行人才流失对策创新。本文还特别提出企业在培训中需要创新的方面,对于信息通信行业变革下人才的发展提出一些建议。
China's information service market by ICT technology is in rapid development period. But the talent is one of the main bottleneck factor of restricting its development. The cultivation of the talent team should continue to innovate for the management of knowledge workers. Especial y the managers should be innovative in the candidates, education, employment, retention of each link of the countermeasures of brain drain. This article also points out that enterprises need innovation aspects in the training. At the same time, under the change information and communication industry, the author puts forward some Suggestions on the development of talent.
