摘要
通过建设地面输料孔,将矿务工程所用的混凝土、碎石等材料直接输送到井下作业场所附近,有效地缓解了井下辅助运输压力,降低了矿井辅助运输成本。论文详细介绍了神东煤炭集团公司17个井工煤矿地面输料孔设计原理、位置选择、输料管选择,通过实例分析了输料孔建设带来的技术经济效益,指出地面输料孔在井工煤矿中推广应用的前景广阔。
In mining engineering,concrete,gravel and other materials can be directly transported to the underground working places with surface material transportation borehole,effectively alleviating the pressure and reducing the cost of mine auxiliary transportation. The paper introduced the application of surface material transportation borehole, in 17 underground coal mines of Shendong Coal Group Corporation,studied the design principle,position selection and pipe material selection,analyzed the technical and economic benefits of the surface material transportation borehole, and pointed out that,the surface material transportation borehole had a broad application prospect in underground coal mine.
