摘要
为了实现连采工作面充填采场巷道的快速密闭,提高充填效率,解决充填与采煤接续紧张的问题,文章阐述了国内常用密闭砖墙的应用情况,指出了密闭砖墙的利弊,分析了充填采场巷道端头的断面结构特征,提出了模袋式快速成型密闭挡墙的试验思路,进行了模袋式密闭墙的结构、速凝剂与充填料浆混合工艺以及模袋式密闭墙井下施工工艺的设计研究,进行了模袋的试制与井下应用试验。试验结果表明,模袋式密闭墙安全可靠,提高了施工效率,降低了生产成本。
In order to realize rapid sealing of the backfilling stope roadway in continuous mining face, improve the backfilling efficiency, and relieve the tension of filling and mining alternation, the paper introduced the application situation of brick airtight wall in China, pointed out its advantages and disadvantages, analyzed the section structure characteristics of roadway ends in backfilling stope. The test ideas was proposed on mold bag rapid shaping of airtight wall;the design and research was conducted on the airtight wall structure,mixing process of accelerator and backfilling slurry,and the underground construction process of mold bag airtight wall; and the trial- production and underground application of mold bag were conducted. The test results show that the air tight wall is safe and reliable,improving construction efficiency,and saving production cost.
