摘要
陈四楼煤矿21501工作面收尾施工期间受多条断层构造影响,工作面构造影响区域矿压显现明显、顶板破碎,严重影响收尾施工。文章综合考虑工作面矿山压力显现规律、水文地质、爆破参数、支护参数、回撤路线等因素,采取破碎带底板注浆加固、加强破碎带顶板管理、合理选择爆破参数、加强支架运行状态管理、增加通道支护强度、优化回撤路线等技术对复杂构造区域综采工作面收尾进行管理,取得了良好的效果。
A terminal construction period of No. 21501 coal mining face in Chensilou Mine was affected by several fault structures. Obvious mine strata pressure behavior and broken roof occurred at the structure influence area of the coal mining face were seriously affected to the terminal construction. In a comprehensive consideration of the mine strata pressure behavior law,hydrogeology,blasting parameters,support parameters,withdrawn route and other factors of the coal mining face, with a floor grouting reinforcement in the broken zone, roof control enhanced in the broken zone,rational blasting parameters selected,enhanced management of the powered support operation status, support strength enhanced in the gateway,optimized withdrawn route and other technology applied,the management was conducted on the terminal work of the fully mechanized coal mining face at the complicated structure area. Good effect was obtained and the value experiences could be provided to the terminal work of the fully mechanized coal mining face under the complicated structure condition.
