西川煤矿厚煤层综放开采采煤工艺协调性研究 被引量:4

Study on Coordination of Mining Technique Applied to Fully Mechanized Top Coal Caving Mining in Thick Seam of Xichuan Mine

摘要 针对西川煤矿1109工作面厚煤层综放开采条件,对工作面综放开采工艺主要工序的作业时间进行了现场实测,研究得出了各主要工序之间的协调性及对生产的影响。结果表明:综放开采采煤工艺协调性包括液压支架移架与采煤机割煤之间以及液压支架移架与放煤之间距离的协调;在实测单个支架完成移架所需平均时间为17.1s,放煤完成所需平均时间为54.1s的条件下,确定采煤机割煤速度不小于5.06m/min,液压支架移架40架以后开始分组放煤,能实现各生产工序之间的合理协调,显著提高工作面生产效率。 According to fully mechanized top coal caving mining conditions of thick seam in No. 1109 coal mining face of Xichuan Mine,a site measurement was conducted on an operation time of the main process for a fully mechanized top coal caving mining technique of a coal mining face and the study obtained a coordination between each main procedure and the coordination affected to the production. The results showed that the coordination of the coal mining technique for the fully mechanized top coal caving mining would include the coordination between the hydraulic powered support pushing forward and the coal cutting of the coal shearer as well as the distance coordination between the hydraulic powered support pushing forward and the top coal caving. Under conditions of an average time required to complete each hydraulic powered support pushing forward was 17. 1s and an average time required to complete a top coal caving was 54. 1s,the coal cutting speed of the coal shearer determined would not be less than 5. 06 m / min. After 40 sets of the powered supports pushed forward,the powered supports in group began in top coal caving operation, could realize an rational coordination between each production procedure and could obviously improve the production efficiency of the coal mining face.
