摘要
针对调研发现的演马矿泵房主排水设备监控系统存在的不足之处,进行了针对性的技术改造。文章主要介绍了通过分析主排水设备效率计算方法,设计了监控系统应具有的监测点和控制点,然后,阐述了监控系统避峰填谷、轮换和高效运行的新型控制策略,最后介绍了系统的组成结构和功能。
Aiming at the inadequacy in main water drainage monitoring system of Yanma coal mine pump room, a technological reform was conducted. The paper analyzed the calculation method of main pumping equipment efficiency,and designed the monitoring points and controlling points the system required. Then a new control strategy was proposed,achieving reasonable arrangement of operation at peak and slack period,realizing rational rotation,and efficient operation of the monitoring system. Finally the structure and function of the system was introduced.
