摘要
文章从分析电液控专用浓缩液同乳化油、微乳液的区别入手,分析了高产高效工作面应用传统乳化油作为传动介质所遇到的问题,指出需要应用专用浓缩液替代。电液控专用浓缩液具有优异的防腐、防锈和润滑性能,能有效避免堵塞滤网、过滤器和阀件,延长设备使用寿命,提高工作效率,属于环境友好型产品,综合来看更具有经济效益。通过电液控专用浓缩液在18113综采工作面应用情况的长期跟踪,实际结果也验证了专用浓缩液的实践价值。
Based on an analysis on differences between the concentrated liquid for special electro- hydraulic control and the emulsion oil as well as micro emulsion liquid,the paper analyzed the problems occurred in a conventional emulsion oil as a driving medium applied to the high production and high efficient coal mining face. The paper pointed out that the conventional emulsion oil should be replaced with a special concentrated liquid. The special concentrated liquid for the electro- hydraulic control would have excellent anti- corrosion,anti rust and lubrication features,could effectively avoid the filtration mesh,filter and valve free from a jamming,could expand the service life of the equipment,could improve the working efficiency,would be an environment friend type product and would have more economic benefit. With a long- term tracing of the concentrated liquid special for the electro- hydraulic control applied to No. 18113 fully mechanized coal mining face,the practical value of the special concentrated liquid was verified with the actual results.
