摘要
由于含水量较高的洗中煤在输送、储存各环节经常发生堵塞现象,影响锅炉正常运行,文章针对王家岭煤矿洗中煤高灰分、低挥发分、热稳定性差以及易自燃等特点,经过对比分析,选择出适合洗中煤干燥的技术方案。选用蒸汽管回转间接干燥机处理洗中煤,并根据研究结果探索出适合于洗中煤干燥的干燥机结构和工艺参数,成功地运用于该电厂洗中煤的干燥项目中。
In coal middling transportation and storage,clogging happens due to its high moisture content,affecting the normal operation of boiler. Aiming at the characteristics of coal middling in Wangjialing coal mine,with high ash content and low volatile,poor thermal stability and easy spontaneous combustion,through comparative analysis,the steam tube rotary indirect dryer was selected for coal middlings dehydration,suitable structure and process parameters of the dryer were determined. And the dryer was successfully applied in the coal middling drying of a power plant.
