摘要
文章针对范各庄矿选煤厂原浮选加药系统存在的加药精度差、元件老化等问题,对原有系统进行改造,采用隔膜变频计量泵代替电磁阀控制加药,完善了加药程序,提高了药剂添加精度,改造的后浮选加药系统操作方便,节省浮选药剂;同时文章还对新加药系统使用中存在的细节问题提出了解决方案。
Aiming at the problem existed in the original coal floatation dosing system of Fangezhuang mine coal preparation plant,such as poor dosing precision and component aging,a system reconstruction was conducted. Diaphragm metering pump was applied to replace the electromagnetic valve to control the dosing,improving the dosing procedure,and dosing precision,the reconstructed floatation dosing system was easy to operate,and consumed less flotation agent; solutions were proposed for detailed problems in application of the new dosing system.
