露天矿卡车超载运行造成的灾害事故严重,经济损失巨大。文章统计分析了矿用卡车在实际生产中存在超载、偏载的严重现象及其卡车超载的成因,结合卡车构造原理,全面剖析了矿用卡车超载、偏载给卡车运行造成的安全隐患和危害,并提出了防范卡车超载、偏载,提高卡车装车质量的具体措施和策略,从而达到提高卡车效率、降低卡车综合运输成本、确保安全运行的目的。

An overload of the trucks in surface mine caused serious disaster accidents and great economic lost. The paper had a statistic and analysis on a serious phenomenon of the overload and offset load of the mine trucks existed in the actual production and the causes of the truck overload. In combination with the truck structure principle,a safety hidden dangers and damage occurred by the overload and offset load of the mine trucks were fully analyzed. Certain measures and tactics were provided to prevent the truck overload and offset load and to improve a loading quantity of the trucks. Thus a target to improve the truck efficiency,to reduce comprehensive transportation cost of the truck and to ensure a safety operation could be reached.
