摘要
为解决深部高应力大变形巷道围岩控制难题,采用理论分析和现场踏勘的方法,分析了双河煤矿深部巷道大变形机理.提出"围岩改性增强+围岩表面应力恢复+围岩卸压应力转移"相结合的围岩控制对策,并结合实际提出"钻锚注一体化+高预应力多维锚索桁架支护系统+顺层钻孔与巷道基角药壶爆破卸压"成套技术体系,通过现场工业试验,取得良好的技术效果.
In order to solve the surrounding rock control problem of deep high stress and large deformation roadway, through theory analysis and the field investigation, the large deformation mechanism of Shuanghe mine is analyzed. Put forward the surrounding rock control method that was "surrounding rock modified enhancement + surface of surrounding rock stress recovery + stress-relief and transfer", combined with the actual situation, and proposed a complete set of technology system that was "drilling, anchoring and grouting integration + high pre-stressed multidimensional cable truss support system + drilling along seam and laneway basal angle springing blasting pressure relief". The industrial test confirmed that a good technical effect of this study was achieved.
