采用主成分分析法的孔隙结构与瓦斯放散 被引量:4

摘要 为解决中国煤与瓦斯突出越来越严重的问题,采用主成分分析法,利用SPSS软件,对处于3种变质程度的7个煤样分析了煤的孔隙结构对于瓦斯放散的影响,研究结果表明:随变质程度的增加,大孔孔容比与之呈现负相关关系,微孔孔容比随变质程度的增加而上升过渡孔和中孔孔容比没有明显变化.对瓦斯放散初速度影响较大的是比表面积和过渡孔孔容比,微孔孔容比对其影响与前两者相比较小,中孔孔容比对瓦斯放散初速度几乎无影响.主成分分析的应用,更好地研究了瓦斯放散初速度影响因素之间的耦合关系. In order to solve the problem that China's coal and gas outburst is more and more serious, this paper analyzed the influence of pore structure of coal to gas in 7 coal samples of 3 kinds of metamorphic degree by utilizing the method of principal component analysis and SPSS software. The results showed that with the increase of metamorphic grade, the large pore volume ratio decreases, and the micro-pore volume ratio increases with the degree of metamorphism increases, and the transition pore and pore volume ratio does not change significantly. What effects on the initial speed of methane diffusion is the surface area and the transition pore volume ratio, micro-pore volume ratio is smaller compared with previous two factor, and the effect on the initial speed of methane diffusion from the pore volume ratio is little. Application of principal component analysis is a better way to study the coupling relationship between the initial speed of methane diffusion effect factors of judgment, and it is significant to research on coal and gas outburst problem.
