摘要
为分析圆环链与链轮在启动工况下的瞬间接触动态特性,采用对称罚函数法建立链环与链轮接触理论分析模型;采用有限元法模拟该工况下圆环链传动过程的接触动态特性,得到随时间变化的位移、速度、加速度曲线,以及啮合接触过程中的应力和变形量云图.有限元模拟结果表明,链环传动过程中入点啮合端部链环受力最大,在链环与链轮啮合包角范围内从输入到输出端方向压力逐渐减小,并呈现阶段性波动现象.
In order to analyze the instant contact dynamic characteristics of the round link chain and sprocket which on the starting condition, this paper utilized the theory of the symmetric penalty function to analyze contact theory model of chains and sprocket; and further simulated the instant start analysis of contact nonlinear round link chain transmission process conditions by using the finite element software, and obtained the displacement, velocity, acceleration curve changes with time, and the meshing contact process of the stress and deformation cloud charts. By the finite element simulation results, in process of link chains transmission that chains stress are maximum in engaging end, but the chain and the chain sprocket are with force in contact angle ranges. The pressure is gradually decreased from the input to the output direction, and presentation stage fluctuation.
