摘要
为了改善复合能源电动汽车电气设备工作时的电磁环境,降低直流变换器高频率开关管产生的强电磁干扰,提高整车电磁兼容特性,采用理论分析和仿真运算的方法,分析了直流变换器箱体模型特点、孔洞天线效应及表面屏蔽效能,优化了屏蔽箱体孔缝接口连接器及其布局方法,仿真验证了改进后的箱体屏蔽效果。结果表明:弯折的接口连接器引脚阵和交错布置方法降低了箱体对外的电磁干扰.研究结论为改善直流变换器箱体电磁兼容性提供了一种有效的实施方法,并提供了理论支持.
In order to improve the hybrid electro-automobile's electromagnetic environment, reduce the hash electromagnetic interference(EMI) which generated by working switches in high frequency and increase the vehicle's electromagnetic compatibility(EMC), this paper took theoretical analysis and simulation method by analyzing the feature of DC/DC converter's model, antenna effect of holes and shielding effective of surface, optimizing the port connector's pin array and their layout, simulating improved model's shielding effect to achieve the goal. The result indicate that curved pin array and stagger layout can reduce the electromagnetic interference. The research gives the theoretical support and an efficient implement method to improve the DC/DC converter's electromagnetic compatibility.
