摘要
报告1例梭形细胞血管瘤。患者男，24岁。左手掌大鱼际、手腕屈侧多个结节2-3年来诊。皮损组织病理检查显示真皮中下层由海绵状血管腔隙和梭形细胞组成的团块，诊断梭形细胞血管瘤。
A case of spindle cell hemangioma is reported. A 24-year-old male presented with multiple nodules on the left palm thenar and the flexor side of the wrist for 2-3 years. Histopathological examination showed mass consisting of cavernous vascular spaces and spindle cells in the lower dermis. The diagnosis was made as spindle cell hemangioma.
