血清Apelin水平与冠状动脉病变及其严重程度的相关性

The correlation of serum Apelin levels and the severity of coronary artery disease

目的:探讨血清Apelin水平与冠状动脉(冠脉)病变及其严重程度的关系。方法:选择心内科就诊患者78例,据冠脉造影结果分为冠心病组(45例)和正常对照组33例。采用病例对照研究方法,应用ELLSA法检测各组血清Apelin水平,分析其与吸烟史、BMI、血脂、血糖、高血压、年龄及性别的关系,所有冠心病患者按Syntax积分分为高、中、低危组,观察冠脉病变程度与血清Apelin水平的关系。结果:对照组与冠心病组Apelin水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Syntax高危组、中危组、低危组血清Apelin水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:冠心病患者血清Apelin水平明显降低,血清Apelin可作为评价冠脉病变及其严重程度的独立预测因子。

Objective：To explore the correlation between the serum Apelin levels and the severity of coronary artery lesions.Method：Seventy-eight cases of coronary heart disease who visited the cardiology department were included,which were then grouped according to the results of coronary angiography：45cases with coronary heart disease were enrolled as CHD group,the other 33 cases were enrolled as control group.According to experimentalcontrol study method,the serum Apelin concentrations from the elbow vein were determined by ELISA.All patients with coronary heart disease were classified into high,medium,low risk group by Syntax score.and observation of correlation between the severity of coronary artery lesions and serum Apelin levels was done.Result：The level of serum Apelin was significantly lower in CHD group than that in control group,and as the Syntax score increased,the level of serum Apelin decreased（both P〈0.05）.Conclusion：In patients with coronary heart disease,serum Apelin level is significantly lower.Serum level of Apelin can be used as an independent predictor for evaluation of coronary lesions and the severity.
