CRT治疗心力衰竭136例床疗效观察

The clinical effects of CRT in 136 heart failure patients

心力衰竭（心衰）是绝大多数心脏疾病的共同归宿,即使给予最佳的药物治疗,仍有相当数量患者的病情难以得到有效控制。心脏再同步化治疗（cardiac resynchronization therapy,CRT）是一种新的治疗策略,通过对心房和心室的同步顺序起搏,使心脏收缩同步化,从而进一步改善心脏的收缩和舒张功能,缓解患者症状。国外多个大规模多中心的临床试验都已证实CRT在心衰治疗中的有效性和安全性，基于此，欧洲和美国的心脏病协会都已经更新了各自的心衰治疗指南，并把CRT治疗在心衰中的应用提高到了一个新的高度。

A total of 136 heart failure patients with CRT therapy were enrolled in our study.All patients received echocardiography and electrocardiography examination 6months before and after the CRT implantation procedure to evaluate the parameters of heart function such as left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）,left ventricular end-diastolic dimension（LVEDD）and QRS duration.Further subgroup analysis was implemented in the groups of patients with or without left bundle branch block（LBBB）.The results showed that CRT could distinctly improve the cardiac function and effectively reverse the ventricular remodeling,this effect was much more prominent in the patients with LBBB.
