1病例资料 患者,男,35岁,阵发性心悸7年,每次持续半小时到数小时,突发突止,2～5个月发作1次,曾多次诊断为＂预激综合征并阵发性室上性心动过速＂,予以＂心律平＂可终止心动过速。1年来发作频繁,1～3个月发作1次,持续时间延长,可达24～48h,

A case of radiofrequency ablation of dual accessory pathways of left anterior free wall and right posterior septal wall was reported.The dual pathways were successfully diagnosed and radiofrequency ablated according to the different electrophysiological mapping sequence.Electrophysiologists should discover the special circumstances through the careful electrophysiological examination and obtain successful catheter ablation.
