冠状动脉介入治疗术后并发心脏损伤综合征1例

One case report of coronary intervention postoperative cardiac injury syndrome

1病例资料 患者,男,63岁,农民,因＂反复剑突下疼痛9个月,加重1个月＂于2013-11-16入院。2010年曾发现血压升高,未服药,吸烟20支/d,30年。9个月前无明显诱因反复出现活动后剑突下疼痛,休息10min左右可缓解，伴呃逆，无反酸、咳嗽、黑便等，多次在静息下行心电图无特异表现，胃镜提示浅表萎缩性胃炎伴糜烂，病理提示肠化，予以质子泵抑制剂（PPI）及胃黏膜保护剂，疼痛无明显好转。

Cardiac injury syndrome is subject to a variety of cardiac damage after the pericardium,pleura and lung parenchymal inflammation as the main manifestation of a syndrome.The syndrome is the most common complication after cardiac surgery,clinical features fever,chest pain,pericarditis,pleurisy and lung parenchymal involvement and so on.The report found a cases of concurrent coronary intervention after cardiac injury syndrome.
