摘要 通过混合沉积的方式在二甲亚砜(Dimethyl sulfoxide,DMSO)存在下,制备出尺寸分布均一的纳米HAp颗粒。产物通过场发射扫描电子显微镜、粉末X-射线衍射和红外光谱进行了表征。结果表明,HAp颗粒尺寸与溶液中DMSO的体积分数有关,且该类HAp颗粒在溶液中非常稳定。 Nano-HAp granules with homogeneous size distribution were successfully prepared with a facile mixing-precipitation method in the presence of dimethyl sulfoxide( DMSO).The products were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscope( FESEM),powder X-ray diffraction( XRD) and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy( FT-IR).The results show that the sizes of the obtained HAp granules are closely related to the volume ratio of DMSO in solutions,and these HAp granules are rather stable in solutions.
